Your agency
Certified since October 2026. Runs A/B tests, personalization and CRO programs on Mida for e-commerce and SaaS clients.
The Certified Partner badge tells brands two things before they ever talk to you: Mida has worked with your agency and vouches for it, and your tests are live on real client sites right now. It sits on your directory card, your site and your proposals.
Reviewed within 5 working days. No fee, no course, no renewal.

How a Certified Partner appears in the Mida CRO agency directory
What you get
The Mida Certified Partner badge for your site, proposals and LinkedIn posts. It links to your directory profile, where brands can check the status and date themselves.
Pricing shaped around how your agency works: how many clients you run, their traffic, and whether you or they pay. Quoted on request once you're certified. Agencies whose clients pay Mida directly choose between a 25% recurring commission and the same value passed to the client as a discount.
Run clients as projects inside one shared account, or give each client their own account in the EU or US region. Pool tested users across clients, or let clients pay for themselves. Mix setups per client. How the Agency Plan works.
A Certified section sits above the open list in the CRO agency directory, with Active agencies first. Your card carries the badge and the Active tag.
Partner accounts go to the front of the support queue with a faster response target, for you and for every client account you manage.
Complex injections, single-page apps, checkout flows: send us a brief and Mida's team builds the variant. A monthly allowance per partner.
Joint case studies when a client test wins, rotating features on Mida's LinkedIn and newsletter, and co-marketing we plan together. We're open to any collaboration that brings in leads for both of us, and there are a few surprises in store for partners.
Who can apply
You answer these in the form. We check them against usage data, so there's nothing to prove or upload.
Not on Mida yet? Start with the Agency Plan, run tests for a quarter, then apply.

What we read in your two tests: the hypothesis, the primary goal, how long it ran, and how you read a report like this one.
How it works
Five minutes. Tell us how you bill Mida, which client sites are testing now, and point us at two recent tests.
A Mida CRO lead reads your two tests: hypothesis, primary goal, QA on desktop and mobile, run time, and how you read the result. If one thing blocks you, we tell you which.
Your card moves to the Certified section, the badge files arrive by email, and partner pricing is attached to your account. The Active tag updates itself from your testing.

Agency Plan
Two independent choices: where client work lives, and who pays. Any combination qualifies for certification. Details in the help center.
| Account structure | Client pays | Agency pays |
|---|---|---|
| Separate account per clientOwn login, data and region (EU or US) for each client. Switch with the org switcher. | Each client holds their own subscription. Your agency earns commission or passes it on as a discount. | One invoice to you. Tested users pooled and allocated across clients from the agency account. |
| Projects in one agency accountAll clients as projects, one region, one place to manage. Switch with the project switcher. | Not available | Partner pricing on the agency account, shaped around your client list. The simplest setup for agencies that bundle Mida into their service. |
Questions
Active is set automatically when your client sites have run tests on Mida in the last 90 days. It updates itself from usage data, so there's nothing to renew. Certified stays either way.
No. Certification doesn't expire and there's no fee. The Active tag does the work of telling brands whether you're testing right now.
Yes. Client-paid and agency-paid setups both qualify, and you can mix them. Lifetime deals qualify too. Trials and free plans don't, because certification follows paid client testing.
Two from the last six months, on two different client sites, with enough traffic to read. Include one that lost or came out inconclusive. We're looking at how you set up and read a test, not at your win rate.
Start with the Agency Plan, run tests for a quarter, then apply. Ask us for partner pricing when you sign up: it applies from the start once you're certified.
