By introducing a dedicated reviews section that surfaces detailed, genuine customer experiences across multiple products, social proof is brought higher in the journey. Designed to align seamlessly with the existing site aesthetic, these changes are likely intended to increase trust, add context to the star ratings, of TheraICE products earlier in their decision-making process.
